Company of Pastors Mentorship Program

Pastors James and Hope Abbott have 20+ years of experience in biblical leadership and pastoral care.
James has earned an associates degree in leadership and biblical studies from Ambassadors College and has pastored and held leadership positions in many roles in church and in the workforce.  Hope has also held many leadership positions in the workforce and has been in full-time ministry for several years. Hope and James are both ordained by Reach International Ministries through The Well Global Alliance.
If you are interested in pastoral mentorship that will help you  acquire community, confidence in shepherding, and accountability, fill out this brief application for the opportunity to join the 8-week mentorship.  Some discussion topics include the pastor's role in the fivefold ministry, enemies of unity, balance in ministry, and more.  
Let's be clear, this is not to receive pastoral council, but to equip those called to the role of a pastor or who are currently shepherding.
